Gastronomy chain Au Bureau counts on MEIKO

The M-iClean H dishwashing machine now runs on UK time

Since this summer, our M-iClean H has been in the chic world of traditional English pubs. A new Au Bureau franchise opened on Perreux sur Marne.

Amid this felt décor, customers are invited to take a refreshing break at any time of day. Within this unusual and welcoming pub, different spaces have been designed and fitted out. The traditional bar, the signature motif of the locale, and the tables and high chairs, invite customers to get elbow to elbow for their aperitifs. The VIP corner and its comfortable seats are the ideal place for several people to share a pleasant meal. As for the spacious terrace, it lets you enjoy fine weather with a glass of fresh beer, the star of the drinks menu.

Open 7 days a week, Au Bureau offers simple and generous food. Its menu, rich and varied, offers classics such as burgers and toasted sandwiches, and pub staples. With a capacity of 110 covers, Au Bureau offers two services per day. In total, between 3000 and 5000 covers are served per month. To cope with such a sustained pace, Au Bureau needed reliable and effective equipment. This is why MEIKO was chosen. Monsieur Touron has equipped his other business, the Café Leffe in Bourg-la-Reine, with a M-iClean U GiO glasswasher with integrated osmoser. "Very satisfied with the effectiveness of your machine as well as by the relations I have with MEIKO, it's natural that I wanted to call upon your expertise again for the opening of my Au Bureau franchise". To meet his requirements, our commercial manager, Sabine Betirac, offered two machines from the M-iClean range, the new generation of professional signed MEIKO dishwashers: the harmonious combination of a high-end washing technology and innovative design. For the bar, a M-iClean UM GiO with osmoser was installed. The kitchen, on the other hand, got our latest innovation: the M-iClean H.

Its revolutionary automatic hood system combined with the automatic rack detection system won over Laurent Touron. They give him better throughput. Marvin, the dishwasher at Au Bureau, says he can save up to 5 minutes per round of washing. This is one of the main advantages of the automated system. When the machine is running the wash cycle automatically, he can focus on preparing the next batch. But the efficiency of the machine is not to be outdone: "with this machine, for the first time it's enough for me to quickly run the shower head over it before putting the dishes in the rack and the dish compartment proper.  With other machines, I generally had to rub the dishes hard before putting the dishes in the dishwasher and sometimes I even had to run the machine twice for the dishes to come out clean."

As a user, Marvin also appreciates the ergonomic aspect of the machine. Thanks to the automatic hood system as well as the eye-level touch screen, repetitive gestures are less intense. "At the end of the day, my arms and backs are less painful. I no longer need to open and close the machine's hood or press the start button. The machine does it for me, I don't need to do anything" explains Marvin. Even if he had a few difficulties with the touch screen the first few times he used it, today Marvin has been won over by our M-iClean H "It's a really cool machine!" Marvin says. With its cutting-edge technology, the M-iClean H is a marvel of user-friendliness and ergonomics.
